STEM Award

Congratulations to the staff and pupils of St. Tiarnach’s for receiving the STEM Award 2020-2021. Last Friday 4th class in Room 6 were invited to the online award ceremony. This plaque of Excellence was achieved for all of the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths that was carried out in each class throughout the year. Despite a difficult year and a school closure we still managed to complete all of the steps that were needed to achieve this prestigious award. Please have a look at the extra curricular area on the website and see some of the experiments and work that took place in some of the classes throughout last year, both in school and during online learning.  Comhghairdeas libh!
